To obtain the ICAgile Certified Expert in DevOps (ICE-DO), a candidate must demonstrate competency in the discipline of DevOps to a review committee of three industry-recognized experts. The candidate must provide a working DevOps pipeline and will be evaluated via an interactive virtual session with the review committee.
Individuals can earn the ICE-EC by successfully completing an Accredited Expert Program (AEP). These intensive programs — offered by leaders in the domain of Enterprise Coaching — guide qualified candidates on a journey to build competence over time alongside a cohort of peers. Vetted for quality, each Accredited Expert Program enables candidates to sharpen competencies in a real-world setting with ongoing feedback from facilitators and fellow candidates.

The candidate will be evaluated via an interactive virtual session with the review committee.
The traditional pyramid hierarchy existed to solve specific problems in the workplace. With the shift to more agile ways of working, organizations need a structure that will respond and adapt quickly to new challenges and the world around them. We need to find ways to break down divisional walls and increase opportunities for people in different areas to work collaboratively. Additionally, there is a need to align the organization around the flow of work through the system and reduce bureaucracy to optimize value delivery throughout the entire organization. This set of Learning Outcomes focuses on the concepts behind, and reasons for, adaptive organization design.

The ICP-ACC is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching track. The certification focuses primarily on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of an Agile Coach. After finishing the certification, the learner will be able to differentiate between and among mentoring, facilitating, professional coaching and teaching, and will also gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within an agile team. This certification introduces participants to foundational team coaching skills and team development concepts for starting and growing teams while focusing on teams and organizations as human systems. A key part of this certification focuses on developing an understanding of the professional coaching skillset and the value of honing these skills to serve individuals on an agile team.
This certification is part of a specialized journey within the Business Agility track and is aimed at people who are primarily focused within the marketing function. Target attendees are part of an organization actively adopting agile thinking and practices and the content is applicable irrespective of industry. Following completion of this certification, marketers will be able to articulate and implement agile ways of thinking and working, allowing them to deliver more responsive, customer-centric business outcomes.
